PRR Series Automatic Portioning Machine
Is a machine designed for pizzerias, bakeries and patisseries, it makes work easier significantly reducing the preparation time, without interrupting the fermentation process.
Create dough portions of different sizes, from 30gr to 300gr, with an innovative funnel calibration system, using 5 easily interchangeable nozzles. The whole machine is very robust and easy to clean, made of stainless steel and aluminum.
It is provided with a tank with a capacity of 30 kg. and works by extruding the dough using a spiral utensil. It also has two combined adjustment systems to perform any mass grammage, and has an hourly output of up to 700 servings. The parts of the mass displacement are easily removable for cleaning and replacement.
