Project Description
They round slices of dough for bread, pizza and sweets from 20gr to 800 grams, creating perfect balls by moving the rise of the portions of dough through the spiral. This system does not stress or heat the mass thus leaving all its properties unaltered .
Composed of a robust steel frame and a teflon-coated aluminum spiral, it is easy to use and quick to clean. All components comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
